Savoie wines have 4 different “AOC” appelations which represent 22 vintages and twenty or so types of vine which all provide individual tastes…

  • the whites are fruity and clear and are served with fish, raclettes, fondues, biscuits… Apremont, Abymes, Chignin, Cruet…
  • The reds or light rosés are perfumed and accompany poultry, meat and mountain cured meats perfectly.
  • For aperitif or desserts, serve a well-chilled sparkling Savoie wine  with the Mont Corbier liqueur.
